The hirer is responsible for ensuring the deposit is paid as discussed, and the remaining balance is paid. Failure to do so could result in your booking being cancelled without prior notice. Deposit payments are non-refundable if cancellations happen within 7 days of the booking. A charge of £150 is applicable if there is a cancellation. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in a full balance payment.
The hirer is responsible for all passengers on board the vehicle during the hire period (present or not). Any damage caused to the vehicle is also the hirer’s responsibility. All vehicles are checked prior to the booking commencement. If any damage is caused after the hire, the costs of the damage will be invoiced to the hirer.
It is the hirers’ responsibility to ensure all passengers are on board at the start of the allocated hiring time. Any delays caused to our tight schedule by late boarders may result in additional charges. Toilet breaks for vehicles without toilet facilities are at the driver’s discretion due to legal driver hours.
Management and drivers reserve the right to refuse alcohol being consumed on board if certain passengers are deemed unfit to drink more. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of all passengers under the influence of alcohol. Any abusive, aggressive, or damaging behaviour will result in immediate termination, and reported to the police.
All vehicles will not exceed maximum capacity under any circumstances. All passengers must remain seated whilst the vehicle is in motion. Any injury caused by passengers not seated is under their own discretion, and the company does not accept responsibility.
Soiling charges may be enforced by the driver (fee of £80) payable immediately to the driver from the hirer.
Under no circumstances can any property/valuables be left on the vehicle. We do not accept responsibility for any losses.
As a transport company, we always ensure we plan ahead for every journey. However, we cannot predict traffic or mechanical failures. It is our responsibility to make sure that your journey is completed by whatever alternative transport is available. We do not accept liability for any losses to the hirer as a result of unforeseen circumstances.
